Their is the possessive form of they
There defines a place.
They're is a contraction of "they are".

They are going there after their son gets home.

"We're" is a contraction of we are.
"Were" is the past tense of was.

Where are you going?
We are going to the fair.
We're going to the fair.  We were going to the movies.

You're going where?  "You're" is a contraction for "you are".
Your is a possessive form of you.

You're going to your house.
