I have to say it one more time.....it depends on who set up your computer. Everyone has his or her own
ideas about where things should be kept. And folks who are smart enough to set up a computer always figure that their way is best. Now that you know how to move things around, you have more options than to just use the computer that someone
else set up. You might even want to create your own chart like the one above as a reminder of the easiest ways for you to access the programs you care about.
You can move anything you yourself created. If you move a program, be sure you move all the files connected to that program including any shortcuts that program may have.
